1. Precision finishing spindle:

b) Advantages: low noise, fast rotating speed, high accuracy.

2. High power cutting spindle:

(2) Advantages: High power, strong cutting capability;
(3) According to the motor specialty, high power cutting spindle can normally be sorted as brushless frequency AC motor and brush AC motor; The main difference is:
a) To rotation speed: Brushless frequency AC motor has faster rotate speed, and the whole speed changing range is large as 70060000 RPM; While the maximum speed of common brush AC motor is no more than 24000 RPM;
b) Brushless frequency motor is of higher precision, little wear and small noise; the working noise is much lower than the brush motor.
c) Brushless motor is with good locked-rotor characteristics: Because the transducer has specific current-limiting circuit, so short time rotation blockage will not burn the electric machine; however, brush motor will smoke and burn down very quickly when running overload or rotor blocked, and cannot be restored.
